We provide the complete coaching experience for adult players and have a number of daytime and evening options to help you improve your game, meet new friends and improve your fitness.
Tennis Fast Track Beginners – Coaching
Out for beginners course specifically designed to teach you all the basics and get you playing the game quickly. Evening course (1hr) for those wanting to learn to play tennis in 8 weeks – develop all your strokes and learn game play fast!
Tennis Fast Track Improvers – Coaching
Out for improvers course specifically designed to teach you the next step and improve your all strokes as well as movement on the court including specific rules for each game. Evening course (1hr) for those wanting to improve their tennis in 8 weeks – fine tune all your strokes and sharpen your game play.
Coaching groups – Coaching
Intermediate (level 1 & 2) to advanced (level 3) groups covering all aspects of the game. Working with similar standard players over time to improve technique, tactics and game play
Individuals – Coaching
Working 1 – on – 1 with a coach is the best way to improve technique, develop a game style, work on specific areas, build confidence or speed up learning
Cardio Tennis – Fitness
Fast paced weekday 1hr drills session set to up-tempo music, featuring tennis drills that give players of all abilities an ultimate, high-energy workout – it’s all about keeping your heart rate up, burning calories and having fun. A great new way to get in shape. Suitable for all levels and a great alternative to the gym.
